As I grew more confident in my own skill as a therapist, I sought out information about how I could use schema therapy with clients. This was the book I really fell in love with, mostly because it contained some very powerful techniques that aren't available in Re-inventing Your Life. I will not be able to go into huge amounts of detail for each schema but just a little of what they look like. I got ahold of the appropriately named Schema Therapy: A Practitioner's Guide, written by Drs. The Mindful Way through Depression: Freeing Yourself from Chronic Unhappiness.
